Design
At Liberty HVAC we provide:
- Detailed site surveys, full CAD design drawings in 2 or 3D.
- Specification of manufacturer equipment, including installation guidelines to enable tendering of the project.
- Survey, reports, design, specification, sub-contractor appointment, project
management, some or all of the services detailed.
It is very much a team decision to fit the project and budget.
Problem Solving
We are regularly called upon to solve mechanical issues within existing sites.
Seen as a ‘fixer’, we attend sites to survey and discuss the issue with the client, looking at the existing systems and reviewing existing documents/drawings.
Climate
These issues can range from fluctuating indoor temperatures, high or low humidity, inadequate ventilation, noise pollution, high energy use……. to name just a few.
Assessment
Some issues require further site/system information. In these instances, we’ll position temperature/humidity data loggers, noise recording equipment to take readings over an agreed period of time.
Reports
Solutions may be a simple report for actions by the client, or include recommendations to adapt existing systems or to design new mechanical systems.
Aesthetics
In a number of circumstances, solving these problems could also have an impact on the internal décor, so our architectural viewpoint is key in providing a complete client solution.
